Meet the Owner

Hello, my name is Kelly Jones, and I am the proud owner of Inspire ChildCare Centers. I am an educator, a lifelong learner, and a passionate advocate for the development of every child.

I hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from Rasmussen University, and later earned my Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies in Early Childhood from the University of Memphis. My eagerness to expand my knowledge led me to Vanderbilt University, where I obtained a certificate in Cybersecurity.

With over 8 years of experience working with children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old, I've had the privilege of supporting families and guiding children through their early developmental stages. My journey has taken me from being a teacher to serving as an assistant director within the early childhood education field, and my passion for seeing every child thrive continues to drive me.

I firmly believe that every child—regardless of their economic background—has the potential to succeed. I view learning as a holistic process, where children engage their five senses to explore the world around them. My approach is centered on positively guiding each child to discover themselves, their environment, and new perspectives. I believe that every child is uniquely gifted and has the capacity to become the best version of themselves.

I am also a strong believer that entrepreneurship isn't something children need to wait for until adulthood—it can start now. Through the Inspire program, I am committed to supporting and nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs.

When I’m not working on supporting young minds, I love reading, learning, and creating new experiences with my family. I hope that by the end of this program, you will consider yourself a part of the Inspire family.
